Her sisters in a coma, her jobs a dead-end, and her love life is in reverse. Caseys dismal small town life is heading nowhere. A dedicated teenaged atheist, matters only get worse as Christmas approaches. Frustrated with everything, Casey hurls a cup of coffee at an old building and to her astonishment the coffee leaves a stain on the wall in the image of Jesus Christ.

Suddenly, Casey finds herself in the middle of a comedic and bizarre media circus. Who is this girl? Does she have special powers to have created this image? Hundreds of people arrive to view this strange apparition and Caseys life spins even further out of control. Charlatans abound, the town priest is beside himself, and Caseys father believes the image was meant just for him.
